invomax Purchased program and has not worked completely since day 1 bend, Oregon

Started with the demo program and it ended up shutting my computer down to the point where we had to scrub the hard drive and started fresh. According to Invomax, we had entered to many inventory files. REALLY. So after everything was re-programmed we purchased the software. Over 90 days later it still does not operate as it offers to.

Manual transmissions don't exist. Carfax does not work. Download after down load, calls to tech support. We'll have the programmers look at it, never any responses. Every tech tells you a different way to invoice and use the program. So now they want to cut off the support which cuts out a lot of features and the d**n program hasn't worked  accordingly since the trial period to date!
