IO HAWK John Soibatian - President The IO Hawk a personal motorised transporter hit social media in 2015, If you wanted one you had to pre-order with IO Hawk on their website. My family pre-ordered two IO Hawks and they charged my american express card instantly for the amount of USD $5042.58 on 28 June 2015. We received one email from them confirming the purchase. We never received the two boards here in Australia I have made many attempts over the last two years they have never returned an email nor when I contact them thru their site either.. * Internet

See uploaded photos of email conversations from info@IOHAWKE confirming the  2 IO Hawkes purchase and the shipped notification and false tracking number, now explain... I have been emailing your company about this for  over 24 months with no replys!!!

AS PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED...
If the customer can please provide us proof of his purchase we can investigate the matter further, however there is NO RECORD and there was NO ORDER MADE as the customer is claiming.
If the customer would care to upload proof of their purchase we would be more than happy to assist them in resolving this matter.

I find this interesting that you can state how sincere you are by replying to my report, it is very true what has happened here and I would of thought you would contact me to ask for back up documentation in which i have your email to state the order is placed i have the amex statement where you have taken the funds i also have a tracking slip on when you say they were sent but when you go to track this item the code was not accepted as there code.. You are a scam.

Upon investigating this matter we have noticed that this is an invalid claim by the consumer. We have not received an order,  or correspondence from this customer, and have verified through merchant services that there was no transactions made in the amount that the customer is claiming. We at IO HAWK take pride in our customer service and we apologize if the consumer tried to purchase an IO HAWK from a different vendor, unfortunately many companies acting illegally claimed to carry the IO HAWK but only www.iohawk.com carries the Original IO HAWK. 

If the customer can please provide us proof of his purchase we can investigate the matter further, however we are confident that the individual filing the claim did not purchase from our website as there is no such record for that transaction. IO HAWK is $1799.99 and the customer claiming to purchase 2 of them would have received an invoice for $3599.98 plus $198 for shipping. The customer claims to have been charged $5042.58 which clearly could not be the case through the www.iohawk.com  website. We recommend the customer contact the company that they purchased the product from and demand a refund directly.

If the customer would care to upload proof of their purchase we would be more than happy to assist them in resolving this matter.
