A website called ioffer.com has sellers online selling products from clothing to jewelry, shoes and more. One seller in particular with the username xiaolan85 https://www.ioffer.com/selling/xiaolan85 Scams buyers. The seller takes your money and does not send products and comes up with many excuses as to why your product does not arrive. The seller gives out fake tracking numbers. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CON ARTIST SCAMMER! I have personally been scammed many times using this website ioffer.com and they do not resolve issues where scams are involved and allow scammers to continue scamming victims! DO NOT USE IOFFER.COM AND DO NOT BUY FROM XIAOLAN85 !!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOUR ORDERS AND WILL SCAM YOU OVER AND OVER AGAIN! THIS SELLER HAS MANY FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS!!!! IOFFER ONLY SHOWS THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON SELLERS AND NOT THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS WARNING OTHER BUYERS!!!!
