On April 21, 2017 I paid $450 for a computer clean up, tune up and lifetime limitless Microsoft Windows update and certification transferable to all future computers and devices in my home. The technitians were unable to process using my credit or debit card due to them being locatedin Malaysia. They then persuaded me to go to Walgreens and purchase 4 $100 YouTube gift cards and 1 $50 YouTube gift card. They then had me give them the numbers off the back of the cards. They called me back several days later stating that they had been unable to cash 2 of the $100 cards:

They then claimed they would be refunding me $200 and would give me the 2 year coverage. I refused access to my computer until they made the refund. I asked for a way to contact them and was told that iolo.finance@usa.com was the way I could reach them. I have emails several times to no avail.
I realize I have been scammed and have no excuse except gullibility of a 70 year old woman. I am ashamed and embarrassed.
