After receiving my order, I went to the website that was giving the rebate. I sent them an e-mail stating that I never received my username. They sent a response back, this is the response word for word: You're unable to logon because your account was not activated for the two week trial period; it seems that we were unsuccessful in processing the $1.83 handling fee (which was disclosed on the affiliated website from which you originally ordered) on your credit card. I sent a response asking if the card was declined. They sent back the same response. That's when I started researching, and found others who have met the same fate. I hate that there are scummy people out there, who can't get a real job, so they scam us hard-working people. I don't know what else to do now. I guess I am out $54.98.
