Ionline offers a lip plumper for "free" on the Internet. You pay $50 plus $4.98 shipping and receive a $50 rebate. After you have ordered and paid, you find out that you have to try out a partner company, Wellness Watchers, then cancel, or be charged $30 per month by them.
In the meantime, Ionline is charging you $99 for a "free" VIP Program you didn't ask for. They will send you a 3-month supply of the product automatically. That's before you've even tried it! (By the way, it doesn't work.) Then you find out that the rebate is supposed to come from Wellness Watchers. You print off the rebate form they supply to send along with the shipping label once you get your order.
You do not get the $50 rebate or the $99 refund! They claim you did not file for the rebate correctly. (I did get back $1.84 for some reason; I don't know what that was.)
I have e-mailed these people for months and even got the BBB involved, who say the case is resolved. Hardly!

Thats over 20,000 checks. There were definitely some mistakes, and were trying to find everybody now.
