Iotaphones, X-Treme Scooters ripoff- They failed to fulfill their Support Policy for troubleshooting a defected Scooter I purchased from them. I have Electrical problems! Ft. Lauderdale Florida

As soon as I received my Scooter I contact them a ask them for several parts that were missing. I received them a week later.

When it got to trouleshooting the electrical system it began very good. Chad Hoffman(troubleshooter)was very coperative at first, but later he completelt ignored me. I told him that I had filed a complain with ebay.com but then a week later I told him I removed the complain. I started getting help again and it stop once again all of a sudden. I contacted the salesman, Woody Woodman and ask him if he could help me since he advertised all the policies in his ebay site. At the meantime, time was being wasted and my Scooter guaranty was almost expiring. Woody told me to contact X-Treme Scooters. I contacted them to no avail. I am now stuck with a scooter that has electrical problems and don't know who to go for help.
