I was contacted on the phone by a gal. She asked to have a representative stop by and tell me about their Company and how it would help our Company. I accepted.

The representitive stop by and made a very impressive presentation on how IPA could help our Company . They would send a representative within a day or two and it would cost $400.00 because the person was in the area. Normally it would cost $700.00. I accepted.

The next day their man showed up and gave all kinds of compliments, made our business sound like it needed their help, talked on the phone with their people. He addressed everybody he talked with as ..Conseler.. I should have been suspicious as it sounded like the mafia. This person was very high presure and very convincing. I accepted their offer on Friday and they had people hear the next Monday.

They worked 1 week and did some work helping on the bookeeping which they didn't complete. They invoiced me for about $14000.00 which I paid with post dated checks. When I made out the post dated checks I felt like I was being threatened with physical harm if I didn't pay.

I'm Still scared but stopped payment on the checks anyway, They still cashed over $5000.00 in checks as I didn't stop them fast enough.

Their made it known that the CEO of IPA is a disbarred attorney. When attorneys get rid of you you must be bad.
