   On 8/4/2014 I reported a serious problem to Wordpress Essentials personnel at Ipage regarding emails that were mysteriously being dropped when someone used the contact form on my site. I was unaware of this problem until last week when Jetpack reported several visits to the contact page but I received no emails at the destination email address. None of these emails went to the spam folder. I looked. They were simply dropped en route to their email destination.

   My sister Kim in Dallas Texas sent several test emails from her computer using the contact form on my website. In each case she got a message saying the email had been sent sucessfully but it was always dropped before it got to my inbox.

   I later went to the public library and sent several test emails from the contact page on my website. Some went thru while others mysteriously vanished before they reached the destination email address. I tried switching destination email addresses since I have more than one. That did not stop the problem. I also tried using different contact forms from different companies. That did not fix the problem either.

   The personnel at Wordpress Essentials sent a few test emails from the contact form page and said they could not duplicate the problem. They refused to seriously investigate and fix the problem. I am probably losing sales as a direct result of their refusal to find and fix the problem. One reason they can't duplicate the problem is because they are using equipment that is different from what the average computer or iphone user has. I am considering a lawsuit against the company because it is very likely costing me sales.

   The problem is very likely connected in some way with an Ipage server, communications equipment connected to it, or the page caching system. The company has acted in extremely bad faith by refusing to identify and fix the problem, whatever it is.
