This company was recommended by HostGator. I never completed the application process with ipayment. 2 ACH debits were taken from my business account that I disputed. Sent 2 faxes to ipayment - Merchant Services to close this account immediately. 2 months later received another ACH debit from my bank account of $350 called "cancellation fee". I immediately went to my bank to dispute the charge. Then called again ipayment - merchant services and was told I would still have an annual fee!? I told them to immediately refund the $350. to my bank and to send me a email stating they will never take ANY money from my account, which was answered by an employee Jessica, "I can't promise that".  I demanded to speak to a supervisor and waited on the phone until I received the email stating this company will never take fee's of any kind again. AVOID this company!!!
