Tarek Ramadan is the owner of Ipec Foods. He came to my house and sold me on his Food service I told him from the beginning I did not want to be stuck with the freezer he re-assured me that I would only have to rent the freezer for 6 months than after that it was my choice if I wanted to keep it or not after the 6 months went by I kept calling customer service and they told me that he said that I had to keep the freezer and this would reflect badly on my credit report if I did not pay for it. I persisted to call back to speak with him and his assistant than told me that I can trade the freezer for something else I have not heard from them since and I have called numerous times!

I have had the service for about 3 years..the food has been excellent and they fully explained everything, which I signed. I've been working with them for over a year and although you say you have called numerous times, I have never seen a message from you. If you were offered a trade on the freezer, why haven't you called every day, faxed, emailed, or even visited the office? Feel free to give me a call if you'd like this resolved.
