I gave them my money and then made an unfortunate discovery. It started with the Better Business Bureau in Spokane, WA. Be sure to check the info at:

This company intentionally attempts to hide its physical location. The company is one of over 200 companies that, according to the Nevada Secretary of State website, list their registered agent as American Management Group Inc and their President as Donald D Merritt, 311 W Third St, Carson City, NV.
The principal office address in Montana for IPIU, according to the Montana Secretary of State website, is 3 Meridian Court STE 1, Kalispell, MT. The registered agent is listed as Jesse S Wells Jr. at the same address.
However, if you call 411 information, the telephone company has no number for the company or the agent at this address.
They did have a listing for Jesse Wells Jr. as a CPA on Hwy 206. Interestingly, IPIU lists its address as 470 Electric Ave, Bigfork, MT. There is no telephone for this address either. The address is the Bigfork Station Building which has several businesses, one of which is an art gallery.
I contacted the art gallery and they said IPIU has offices in the building an seems to employee a lot of young people. They said the manager of this office is called Jeremy.
It is interesting to note that they obviously have telephones, but they are not listed under IPIU or International Private Investigators Union but they call themselves this at this location.
The gallery also said they handle a lot of mail. The only telephone numbers I have found for IPIU are Canadian. The PIU Private Investigators Union is Canadian and supposedly is in Belleville, Ontario.
And what are they doing with your fingerprints and personal information? Think about it, if you wanted to serve legal papers on this company, how would you do it? You should stay away from this one, I sure will.
