After sending my ipod mini to to this outift for battery repair, it was returned with the chrome case damaged.

After calling them, the unit was returned to them, supposedly repaired, and returned to me.

This guy attempted to remove the dents from the chrome case, but this type of metal, once stressed, will NEVER return to "new" condition.

i emailed them with my complaint, and they were never heard from again.

I would STRONGLY suggest to NOT send any electronic items to this "company". They obviously do not have the expertise, nor will, to provide customer service or the ability to make satisfactory repairs to IPODS.
