IPowerWeb used my credit card to renew my web site even after I told them several times that I did not want to renew. They tried to offer me a lower price but I said no because they had already ripped me off for $20.00 6 months prior to this for another domain that I did not want to renew. They had the nerve to send me an mail saying I have renewed my site and that payment has been made.. When I did not do so. They used my credit card number to pay themselves without my authorization.

I called numerous time, sent numerous threatening emails until they finally put $75.00 back into my account and said the $20.00 for the domain name was non-refundable. They kept $20.00 for a domain that I did not renew, did not want and told them specifically to cancel. They stole that money from me. I am not the only person they have done this to. After doing my research I've found out that this has been a steady practice with IPowerWeb for several years. IPowerWeb is pretty sleezy smart since they know that as long as they only keep $20.00 of your money, no one will ever go after them for that small amount. Even my bank would not dispute that small amount, so they paid it back to my account which is very unusual. It will take lots of people pulling together before anyone will be able to stop them from doing this ever again. I have already contacted the Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. We have to stop these crooks.
