iPOWERWEB.COM is the worst hosting company in the world. Do not use their service. I have made several attempts to cancel my hosting, and they rebilled me anyway. And when you call their billing department, no one answers. You will be on hold for hours. The only way to get your refund is to call your credit card company and dispute the charges. iPOWERWEB is a bunch of crooks.
Also, if you get a free domain name from them when joining, they put the domain name under their name and steal it from you when you cancel your hosting. I have had billing problems with them for a few different domains. It's always the same. They are thieves. They keep charging you year after year even if you cancel your hosting with them.
I am still on hold (on the phone) as I am making this report. I've been on hold for 30 minutes trying to reach their billing department.
