IPrefer, Preferred Hotel Group, Kayak IPrefer is a SCAM booking site that offers FAKE prices then bills you the real price! BEWARE!!  Internet

IPrefer sucks! SCAMMMM!!! Please please please be extremely careful when booking on this misleading site. You will initially start off on a familiar booking site such as Kayak, Travelocity,Cheaptickets, etc. But once you select a hotel, an IPrefer icon will show up asking if you're a member and if you want to join. IPrefer is suppose to be a third party that is free to sign up on and offers "benefits" such as early check in /late check outs, free upgrades and one night free when you purchase. What they don't tell you is that you're booking through them and not through the site you started out on. Their prices are intentionally misleading and you will not know your total until after you give your credit card info.

This happened to me and I got totally scammed by these jerks. I selected the "American express express stay" option, which basically gives you a 4th night free when you use your American Express card. The prices said "from $209.25/night" then when you select the room and rates option it will bring up all the rooms available and the prices, so I selected the king delux for $209.25/night. NOW this is the important part. You MUST go under that price where there is a tiny little link that says price breakdown, only then will you see that it's not $209.25/night but its actually $299.00/night! That's how they give you the 4th night free is by rolling the extra nights fees into the other purchased nights. So even if it says $209.25/night and it does not say "from" or "average" you still must click that little link to get the actually price! After this happened to me on the 30yh birthday trip I had to take an entire day off work to get the run around from IPrefer Preferred Hotel Group. They even told me they have nothing to do with the booking they only offer you "benefits" and the booking is actually through Kayak. However, this is bs as they transfer you to their site and Kayak now has nothing to do with the booking!!!!

Their customer service is less than ZERO. I sent over 7 emails to their company with screenshots of their room prices and they still denied that I was correct! This site is a complete SCAM! Please beware and not let let them take advantage of you like they did me!
