My digitizer on my phone was cracked. I took it into the store on Tueday August 23 around 4:15 p.m.  The Technician by the name of Ross told me he would have my phone ready in an hour. So an hour later Ross comes back to me and says "You phone isnt coming back on." Im sitting there and tell him "My phone worked fine before it to you..so now the phone isnt coming back on?" Ross states "I broke you LCD." So he apologized and said he was going to get me a loaner phone and after that I asked for my memory card.  He handed me a piece of my memory card. I looked at it and said "Thats not my memory card" He broke my memory card. (There were pictures of one of my friends that passed away, games i had loaded on there like sega and super nintendo..not to mention music i had downloaded on there too.) He said he wasnt goig to charge because of all the damage that was done and the fact i drove 45 minutes to get the phone fixed, and to get it back in the same day.

On Thursday in the middle of my work shift I drive to Cleveland to pick up my phone. Store Manager States there is a memory card in the phone and my phone is fixed.  Based on the conversation with the technician on Tuesday my expectations were set pretty high that everything is going to be in working order. I get there to pick up the phone and would not give me back my phone until I paid for the damage...thats right i had to pay. not to mention that when i opened the phone to see if the memory card was replaced...they replaced my momory card with a 2gb card..when i brought the phone to them it was an 8 gb card that was in working order. (I used this phone as an MP3 player when i workout.) Contacted the store manager through text and no reply. Called his phone,,no reply. My screen has finger prints all over the inside of the phone and also the screen is loose. I paid for a service that is two thumbs down.

This was my first experiece with this company and it left a very sour taste in my mouth. These people are shady business people that need to be exposed. So again DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
