I subscribed to an international IPTV package on June 27, 2012. As per the company's advertisement, 14 channels were promised in a package. The main reason I subscribed was a particular channel (BHT 1) that was listed as part of the package.

After I subscribed, though, I immediately learned that this channel was actually not part of the package even though it was clearly being advertised (I am also including screenshots from the company's advertisement).
I tried to e-mail their customer service, but all my e-mails were bounced as "undeliverable" (I used 3 e-mail addresses that I found through their website, including the "sales" and "tech support" ones). I also tried to call, but there was no answer.

The company, at this point, is denying that any channels are missing. They are also denying to issue a refund for this false advertising. Please see my screenshots where you can clearly see what they are advertising and what's actually available.

I am currently going through Paypal/credit card charge-back process, as I feel the company didn't fulfill its promise to deliver channels as advertised.

For all potential customers of IPWorldTV, be aware of the fact that you may not receive what the company advertises.

Resolved - full refund

AUTHOR: FashionSurplus - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, August 09, 2012

After filing a Paypal dispute and reporting the problem at BBB, IPWorldTV issued a full refund for me. By the way, Paypal's resolution was, unjustly, in the company's favor. What may have triggered changing their mind, after a long dispute, was possibly the BBB complaint that I had filed. In any case, this has been resolved now and I thank IPWorldTV for their cooperation after all.
