This company charged my credit card $86.95 for a free trial that was supposed to only cost $3.95 for shipping! I called and tried to get them to take the charge off my card & they refused...saying that it was in the "fine print" that if I didn't return the product with in 30 days they would charge my card for the full amount.

I Never saw this "fine print"! The operator I spoke to on the phone even told me...well...it's hard to see it...but it's there. What kind of company is this??? I even offered to return what I have left & they said they would only give me an instore credit. Unbelievable! I have my credit card company disputing the charge... I hope it works.

DO NOT fall victim to this IQ Derma scam or anything from this glow.com company. I can't believe they can get away with this!

IQ Derma Glow.com Glow.com I ordered a FREE TRIAL of wrinkle cream for my wife and got charged $3.95 s/h as agreed to my credit card. The next billing statement on my card, I was charged $96.35.
