This report was created in order to inform the companies and individuals of fraud actions of Mr. Vlad Mirchev and Mrs Olga Kondratyeva, Russian citizens in exil as wanted in Russia for financial fraud against State Corporation Rusnano through Sun innovation and Iqdemy affiliated companies.
At the moment they are supposed to reside in Cyprus or Switzerland. Till 2013 they lived in Russia, where they are now being searched by the authorities for non-payment of large corporate loans, taxes and fees.
Mr. Vlad Mirchev and Mrs Olga Kondratyeva have not repaid the outstanding debt for the amount of more than US$3 million, plus interest accrued in favour of RUSNANO Corporation. They allegedly also have debts and stole commercial contracts in favour of several Swiss companies, for CHF378,000 in unpaid R&D cost and for commercial contracts & customer poaching as well as non-payment of employees salaries over several months.
They use the services of Ms Natalya Stasyuk in Novosibirsk to arrange window dressing facilities and projects, in order to swindle money from foreign investors. The two culprits are not able to visit Russia anymore as they are wanted by the authorities for defrauding the state corporation RUSNANO of several millions of US dollars.
We are several foreign individuals and companies that were victimised by those three individuals. Counterfeiting signatures, notarised documents are normal practices used by those three individuals. Please be very cautious while dealing with them. They used a ponzi scheme, borrowing money from several individuals/ companies to pay old debts and promising you that your money went into the expenses of your newly established joint-venture.
Please be careful with any business projects they want to involve you and/or your partners into. They may allegedly propose you to invest into printing and High-Tech projects as they presents themselves as a R&D Company. They may also try to impress you with different investment projects saying that they have good and trustworthy partners. All these projects in fact are a fraud that is why doing business with these persons may be dangerous for your business and your money.

It was done by an angry ex-business partner. Olga Kondratyeva and Vladislav Mirchev known as businessmen with a good reputation.(attaching several reference letters from business partners worldwide) All disputs with a corporation Rusnano was sorted out in 2013y. None of administrative nor criminal cases registered under abovementioned names. Attaching a clear criminal records for both. Originals are in russian language, translation also attached. Following a conference call few weeks back and the assistance of their auditor and notary public, the dispute between IQDEMY SA, ARTISIA IQJET LTD and our Corporation have been solved for our projects in South East Asia. We therefore can confirm that the directors and the shareholders of the above mentioned corporations have entered into an amicable arrangement to solve our differences.
Mr Vlad Mirchev, Mrs Olga Kondratyeva have been instrumental in helping solve the commercial conflict and have shown sincerity in their latest actions. We would like to thank them both for reaching this agreement.
We have been informed by Mr Vlad Mirchev that a third party residing in Luxembourg is behind our commercial conflict and has been distorting facts and commercial secrets for personal gain.
Our corporation has taken the necessary steps to legally pursue this individual with the help of several of our affiliated structures and cross examination of corporate and banking documents.
This would not have been possible without the positive contributions of Mr Vlad Mirchev, and Mrs Olga Kondratyeva.
