But now it's a different story when I need to use the plan I got a flat since March third 08 someone called me on March 4 very as very bad attitude an started accused me of the spin out my tires, even I was telling him I never do Danvers MA 99 Andover St Massachusetts

I asked to speak to the service manager but instead I was told she would get to the dealer at 8:00am so then I told him to have the mananger give me a call, actually I never get a call from her. Until thursday March 10 08 I got a phone called from the manager to bring the loaner or she will report the loaner stolen even my car was still at the dealership. On monday 14 08 I received a phone called from the state trooper go by the name of dan he told me the car was reported stolen and if I can bring in the car to the dealer which I did. After that I felt unfairly treated,humiliated, discriminated againts, and by the way the person that called me on thursday 10 told me her was "joan smith" which a real name is joan della Croce I wonder why she lied about her name.
