I had verbal agreement( time and materials ) to rewire her Tahoe house . When job was almost done she refused to pay for the time I worked and materials I bought to process this order. Now I hear from contractors she is practicing this way In her world she is the person who get the money from businesses She never pay what is innogatiated ahead. With the amount of hours and price of materials the project should come to ~10500-11000$. She paid me only ~5000$ Which gets me to negative with my routine monthly charges.
