Ira Toyota of Tewksbury "Very bad experience with the service dept" Tewksbury Massachusetts

I bought a certified pre owned highlander, after a week goes by a squeaky noise started every time I go over any potholes or a bump. So I go in to their service dept. to get it checked out. Service advisor tells me to come by tomorrow. So I come by next day, they didn't even looked at my car for hour and fifteen minutes. After 3 hours the advisor come by and tells my we have figured out the problem. I was like it took you guys 3 hours to figure out what's wrong with the car? At this time I was done with their stupid games and tired of waiting and waiting to hear non sense answers. Then he tells me oh we just want to figure out who's going to pay for it. At this time I really had it with this useless folks at the service dept. I told them I am leaving and walked out of there. If they show same passion as they show when they sell their cars that would be nice.

Stay away from these guys. My friends and relatives also had bad experience with their service dept.
