We bought a French Bulldog out of goodfaith. The first day home the puppy started limping. Took him to the vet the third day and found he had a serious problem with his knee, it won't stay in its joint. Surgery is the solution. He also has a skin problem that has yet to be diagnosed. I then found the postings on this site with the same problems. I confronted her and she has denied EVER having a puppy with this type of problem and has stated that everything was fine when he left there.
We love our puppy and will keep him and make him well. She should not be allowed to continue breeding puppies in this manner.
I have asked for his AKC papers, I expect to receive nothing.
I am very willing to be part of some type of class action to stop her from continueing.

I have yet to receive the AKC papers for the dog purchased from this import broker. I have requested them multiple times. I've had my dog for 3 years. His luxated patella is causing him much pain...the surgery that I referenced in the original post will happen soon. She needs to be out of business.

All the puppies that we sell are checked by the veterarian before they are sold. So no puppy is ever sold with known medical problems.
All buyers have 10 days to check the puppy with their own veterinarian, and return it if the health problem was found.
All buyers sign the contract, which clearly states
that in case of hereditary problems later in life
puppy will be exchanged (no cash refund is offered).
Dogs are live creatures, and no matter how much care is taken in breeding them problems still happen, and this is why contracts exist.
