Irish Peat.com Charged but never received peat!!!! Internet

Last year I ordered peat from this company, as I had done in years past, when months passed I e-mailed , with no replies to a Mike who constantly sends e-mails for you to order additioanl bundles of peat. Still no replies to my requests for the order to be shipped. Receiving no replies,  I filed a report with PayPal as the monies for the order had been cahrged to my account. As, soon as they IP,  saw this they flooded me with e-mails that the shipments of peat from Ireland had been delayed and I would be rewared with an extra shipment for being so patient about the problems they were having. Well, months passed no peat,despite my requests, the PayPal action expired and a year later still no peat despite my requests to their e-mail address which is embedded in their sales e-mails which are constantly sent.
