Irma Mendez with century homes in san diego, ca is a scammer, liar, thief, con artist, and a fraud.
She finds victims who are non-us citizens, rents them her houses, demands a big deposit of first, last months rent, and a major deposit which is illegal. Irma Mendez of Century Homes then tries to evict the tenants for pest control, tries to demand a 24 hour notice to get inside the house for no reason, and threatens tenants to do whatever she wants or she will evict them. She is illegally doing this, and keeping the deposits and never returns them back because she threatens to tell police on the illegal tenants she rented to.
Irma Mendez of Century Homes lies to the courts, judges, and there is already a few cases that she's lost due to her malicious lies. She puts on a big smile, but is a real thief to get what she wants. She scams people on real estate transactions when she is selling a property to a new buyer. She hides fees in the loan and has you sign bad paperwork. She uses an alias and tricks people into signing papers and giving up a deposit for houses for rent that she doesn't own or represent. She does whatever to make the most for herself, NOT the benefit of the client. She conducts all this bad business practices in front of her young son. Pam Macias her daughter helps her with her scams. She is not helpful, except to herself. Her favorite scam is taking huge rental deposits and never returns their money. She comes off as charming when you first meet her, and then she will suck her clients dry slowly. Irma Mendez also has been engaged 5 times, so this tells you what kind of person she is.
Do NOT do any business with her, look at her records search her records online with the county courts. Judges have ruled her a liar in her cases. She is a major fraud, and we need to get people like this put in jail. Heres her address and #.

Hello my name is Irma Mendez. I have been in Real estate for 20 years. I want everyone reading this to please check with the Department of Real Estate for Calfornia. My license number is 01140408. Once you have checked my licensed with the State of California, you will notice that I don't have as much as 1 complaint against me. I am a professional business women and truely enjoy working with my clients. Its very disheartening that sites like RIP OFF report exist....granted I fully understand that there are some unscrupulous people out there that deserve to be slammed. I would wish this site would at the very least, have the common courtesy to verify erroneous information.
This is my carrer and livelihood ,its how I provide for my family. Rip Off report will not remove this for me. This site plays on peoples emotions and livelihoods and is a RIP OFF in itself. I need to create a site that is entitled: RIP OFF REPORT FOR RIP OFF REPORT.
For the person that wrote this, I know who you are. I understand you probably don't have control of what you have done here to slander me, on this site and on MOVATO. Movato is reputable and is removing your negative remarks. I simply want to tell you, what you did to damage my rental property was malicious. Loosing the law suit was your own fault! You really thought you were going to win a million dollars REALLY! You are joke and need to get a life of your own and stop meddling in mine.
My intentions are to SUE RIP OFF REPORT. This company needs to at the very least review and investigate the information provided. You have caused me embarrassment and loss of business and I intend to collect. I have consulted with an attorney and will not STOP until your company follows the rules, you should not be allowed to slander innocent people. I have done nothing to deserve this.

Irma Mendez use a tactic on me saying there was mice in the house to call pest control, and to make it seem like i wasn't a clean renter. Which isn't true at all, i am meticulous neat freak. On top of all this, i was current on rent.
