This is not the first report by a customer of IRN Systems. Our story is very similar to others in that the company charges an unwarranted cancellation charge of $950. Not only is it unwarranted but the company representatives lie about the charge. I have had experiences with other credit card processing firms and have never encountered one as disreputable as these folks.
They won't respond to emails or calls nor will they send final statements. Getting statements has been an on going problem now it is impossible.
Additionally their fees are well above the competition. There standard answer when you are leaving them for another processor is "let us see the competitors quote and we will beat or match them" however they won't re quote their services without a copy of the competitors quote. Shady operators indeed.
I am looking for an attorney to represent us in Nassau County. They will not get away with this.
