This individual misrepresents himself and product through TV ads. He has welders making the doors but they were of very poor quality and never have fit properly. The woodstoves are not made there and he does not meet EPA regulations on the paint. He purchases cheap paint at Ace Hardware. He also has a variety of Oasa violations and recently had an employee lose his hand due to a fan not having a mesh protective cover. When going to his business my nostrils were burning from the smell of marijuana smoke.
I then say a very short young man and one with dredlocks smoking pot by the back of the shop. The secretary told me that he layed off employees that had been there for years, and hired unskilled people at a lessor wage. thus it is understandable why the quality of his products are inferior.
After numerous calls, I have never caught him at his business and am taking a loss, rather than trying to deal with someone that has such an unfit work enviroment in the beautiful Bitterroot Valley. The way his business is run and the employees are treated he would be better off taking his business to Mexico.

As the attorney for Ironhaus, we assert this report is a hoax and has been filed by a disgruntled fired former employee. He has just been served with a letter to remove this report or he will be sued for defamation. He falsely alleges what would be criminal behavior, yet no police report has ever been filed by him, though he has relatives in law enforcement. The reporter's illiteracy undermines his credibility, along with his false, fantastical statements. Ironhaus invites any reader to contact them, and come to their shop to view for themselves the highest quality items in their field. We hereby demand that Ripoff remove this report, and all others, as they are demonstrably false and damage the professional and personal reputations of Ironhaus and those involved. A failure by Ripoff to investigate and remove these statements will result in a lawsuit against Ripoff. The federal statute protecting webhosts from suit does not protect the behavior here. The statement of adhesion requiring us to submit to the jurisdiction of the state of Arizona before accepting this rebuttal is objected to as inconsistent with fundamental laws of venue and jurisdiction. The damage to Ironhaus by Ripoff's behavior has occurred in Montana and litigation will be filed in Montana regardless of this statement. Ripoff's practice of requiring submission to Arizona jurisdiction before accepting a rebuttal is actionable itself.
