We purchased a maltipoo puppy from Juanita Spears Reinhart in Missisippi. The puppy we received was not the puppy she sent pictures of to us. The puppy she gave us was of inferior quality, so she agreed to give us our money back. We returned the puppy to her via her daughter,  at a shopping center parking lot on the way to Florida, and had her daughter sign a paper that stated she received the puppy. We have not received a single payment in over two years. She has given multiple excuses and I have stacks of emails regarding this. I last wrote to her yesterday and she has not replied to me the last couple of times. I have threatened to turn her into the General Attorney's office on two occasions, and she stated that all that would do would be to hurt her business and she would certainly then not be able to pay us our money back. This woman plays on your sympathies and will come up with every excuse imaginable...puppies died, illness in the family, tainted dog food killed puppies etc. etc. She is a smooth talker and I have been far too patient with her, but my patience has long been wearing thin. Many times I would email her, and unless it had a heading threatening to sue her or such, she would often ignore me...thereafter being extremely apologetic.....but never coming forth with any money. This woman should be required to pay double for the pain and suffering she had caused myself and obviously many others.
