IRS-EIN-Online charges $150.00 for an EIN number and an additional $100.00 for an expedited EIN(within 60 Minutes). Little did we know they are not the IRS and the EIN is free on the legitimate IRS website. Their web address includes the IRS intheir title and there is no disclaimer visible on the home page until you roll down further on the screen. By law these guys are supposed to disclose they are a third party and they did not. Called for our money back and have not gotten a response yet. Will contact District attorney if money is not refunded. Here is the real IRSwebsite:

The website clearly states that we are not the IRS (It says this on every page of the website) we are a filing agency that processes state and federal filings for businesses, trusts and estates. We have been in business since 1998 and file thousands of government filings every month. We charge $150.00 for federal filings and $450.00 for state filings (on average these fees are 20% less than our competitors which are other web service sites and law firms) regarding us not giving this customer their money back of course we can not give them their money back after we have already processed the filings we were hired to do on their behalf, Also below you will find the agreement which each customer must digitally sign before submitting any filing applications to our service sites which clearly states we are not the IRS and that you are hiring a third party designee (TPD) as required by the IRS, Thank you.
