first I have purchased items often from them and they were honey  this and honey that.  

then I wanted to leave so I wanted them to do my house hold items for sale.

I signed a contract with them and they came and said they were going to do.  They blew that contract up.  

They broke it hands down.  they came  up and picked  up my sale and  they said I had two much for one sale.  They made two sales. I said ok.  

Here is the problem I waited for the 7-10 day like in the contract.  I called them and asked what was going on,  they said they would pay me after the second sale that it would all be on one check.

I did not like it believe me, but I did agree.  They sold my Wal Unit for a 100. dollars that I did not recieve,  they claimed they sent it in the mail but I have not got one penny.  

 The 100 was not sold as an auction  and it was sold to a lady that I hate and that they lied about to.  I have  proof it is there.  It is at the house,  I would NOT have sold it to her for any amount of money.  I wanted to bring it with me,  but ran out of room.  they lied about it they sold it to them and said they were not sure who it was.  the man involved said I woud have to talk to the woman his wife involved.  But he said two people came up and took it that he thought is was a guy and  his wife said it was a woman.  I put two and two together and I new it was my brother  and  his renter.

I thru a fit,  How could they sell that to them.  She said the money is in the mail and that was in have of November.  I sware to God I have not recieve 1 penny.  I would love to have  that back too. 

Then the second sale went on,  they were sopose to put all o f the things on in on the first load that they took out.

I told her just to take all of my items out of the house and clean the apartment out.  That is when I found out what they didnt  pick out.  Chances are they just didnt want to get it down the stairs. but that is when  I found out many of the things they sold were not there.  I asked them where they were.   I came back to get some more and I seen they were at the house.  First they said they brought all that was there to the auction.  I said then where did the rest go. 

And I found it there. at the  house that the renters had claimed them and they were afraid that I was going to clean 

out the house.  Yes because most of the things were mine.

Dave is old and feable,  they run him like a toy. 

He was told by them to throw me out and I heard them talking He didnt thow her out he is 67 in a wheel chair he will be 68 this next day in march 9.

Yes I have blown up several times and he said if I didnt like it move,  so I moved I was so tired of this mess.

But now they have not sent me 1 penny and I was told that they had no intenton of doing so.  I had to sell all my things because I was moving    I got my clothes and a few other things,  They got my christmas set all my christmas,  cook books on and on.  I am 61 next may. I have  helth problems my self.    And I do not thiink they should get every thing and two % to it was sopose to be one sale according to them.  

I have done nothing but shake when I even think about it.  They are doing there best to make me stroke or a heart attack my self.  

I dont think they have the right to take every cent,  I feel now they broke there contract when they lied about the wall unit.
