Is3 Stopzilla IS3, Stopzilla.com Advertised the product for $5 and charged $39.95 to my creadit card Internet

I think I am being unfairly treated by IS3 or Stopzilla whatever the names they use.  This site was recommended to me by a friend of mine and the site advertised the Spywere program for about $5.  I downloaded and used StopZilla for about 8 months now.  I want everyone to understand that this is not about the product itself or quality but the company's deceptive advertising and unwillingness to refund the money.  I got cold shock when I saw the bill in my inbox for $49.  At the time of the download there were no indication that I  had to send in for a rebate but a small print at the end of the bill it stated that I had a limited time to act on (I normally never check this email account).  I also would like evryone to know that this item is on sale for $10 elsewhere but I am being charged $49 because I did not see this email until recently and there was no indication that I needed to send a rebate form when I downloaded StopZilla product. My repeated ettempts to resolve this issue ended up with some future rebate offer which I am not willing to take.  I worned them of taking further action(s) if they did not refund. They really did not care.
