I roof was hit by a terrible hail storm and my celing was leeking. As everyone else got it to, roofers are booked. Iwas getting desprate. I called isiah blancas, a company i didnt know out of desperation. Victor Cruz came to my houes, and without measuring, gave me a quote of 7700.00. He wrote all the details down. He then told me he was going to bill the insurance co. 9567.55 and reinburse me the difference. When he left he took the original figures with him. I talked to my insurance co. the next day, as this sounded wrong. They told me this is fraud and to write a letter that day to release my self from the contract. I now get horrible phone calls about how they are going to sue me and I owe them 9500.00. I sit and watch my sheetrock get wetter and wetter!

This is isaiah owner of Isaiah Blancas Construction just wanted to let consumers who visit this site know that complaint of fraud is totally false by mr.Bartlet Dickson in Hobbs NM. We are taking legal action against Mr.Dickson for breaching his contract and for non payment for work that has already been performed by IB Construction consumers are more than welcome to check out IB Construction with the BBB or state of new mexico with our lic#368776 or contact IB Consrtuction personally @ 575-805-9313 for lawyers name and number on this matter. IB Construction also has a great refferal list of residential and commercial customers.
