*Consumer Comment: Questions..
I first used Ishopusa to buy a calculator and they served me well. But now i needed a laptop battery and they asked me to send copies of passport, creditcard and a creditcard authorization form. After that they cancel the order without telling you why and what is happening. They don't respond on your inquiries.
I think that the authorities should shut down their website

I am not in any way trying to take away the credibility of this report.well I can't since I do not understand it. But I am curious..
Did you ask them why they need a copy of your passport to purchase a laptop battery?
If so...did they give you an answer?
If so..what was this answer?
You state they canceled the order. Is it possible they canceled it because you would not send a copy of your passport...or did they cancel the order in spite of the fact that you sent a copy of your passport?
