Ishop USA/Ishop America Ishop USA stole $470 USD from my credit card unknown, Internet

I bought Sunglasses online from Ishop America who is also known as Ishop USA in March 2012.

I used my credit card to pay on a secure site.  I received a notification to say my payment was received and my goods would take up to 21 days to arrive in Australia.

After a month had passed I sent an email asking where my goods were.

They said they were on backorder and that they would be another 3 weeks.

I waited and still nothing.  I sent another email and I received the same reasoning.

After a couple of months had passed I sent an email but with no response.  I had no phone number and no postal address.

Now nearly a year later I am without my sunglasses, the emails all bounce back and all the internet sites are unknown by the internet.  Even the ebay accounts this company had have been revoked by ebay.

I even received emails saying my order was delivered but they hadn't.

I'd advise anyone to stay away from them if they are still around. 

My credit card company won't even allow my claim of fraud on my card as too long a period has passed since the purchase.

If anyone ever has any suspision that they are being ripped off within the first couple of weeks, report it to the credit card company before it's too late.
