ISLAND MEDIA ADVERTISING / DAVID PHILLIPHS, PHILLIPHS STONE AND GOLDBERG SCAMMING ISLANDERS OUT THERE MONEY TAMPA, Florida

David philliphs a scam artist that is exactly what he is, praying on people from the island like the bahamas,virgin island,and barbados. he promises these people that he is upgrading them from the print book in the island a posting there ad on the internet which they can never find. he promises them a vacation package that they never will recieve and the biggest thing is that he is charging these people 954.00 USD for the service or for the ad. he hires first party and third party collectors to call these island and collect the money stating we are calling from either philliphs thomas and goldberg or they call themselves thomas stone and goldberg either way it goes he doesnt have a license to pratice law he needs to be shut down!!!! these people have no idea what there getting into because  there being told that they are calling from there local print book deciving right? these people dont have that type of money 954.00 USD on some of those isalnds is almost 11,000 in there currency they cant afford it so they either borrow or take out loans to pay this bill all because they are being threatened please stop him. they call as many departments accounting,customer service,collections its all so confusing he owes over 30,000 in back rent so please dont be scammed by this man think about those people in the islands that can barely pay there bills he is taking advantage of these people please help them. they have changed the name of there business so many times to keep from getting sued. so it might be found under island media advertising,island yellow pages etc......dont be scammed if there was a way that i can contact them from the islands and let them know i am notifying every agency that i could think of please help bring him to justice. i am also doing some research to contact those island so that they are aware of the situation. the ad and the website is crap a 5 year old can do that. google him and see for yourself.
