Island Shores Apartments, Investments Limited ripoff apartment complex, crime ridden, horrible management, fear for your life here! West Palm Beach Florida

I've lived in Island Shores Apartments in WPB, Fl for 7 years. It was previously owned by TCRS and was great. Within the past year, Investments Limited in Boca Raton has become the new mgmt. company. DON'T MOVE HERE!!! They have opened "the flood gates" by allowing anyone to move here. The Green Acres Police Dept.is here several times per week. News Channel 12 was here July 14th(read in the Palm Beach Post) covering an assault and rape in an apartment. There are constant car robberies, apartment break-in's, loud, obnoxious, gang-like activity. IT"S NOT SAFE.

Several of the residents complain to this mgmt. and corporate management to fix the problem.. They do not even respond. They don't care. They won't fix, repair or replace anything in your apartment. Oh, and 90% of the windows in all the apartments, don't lock. We pay to live in a gated community, but the gate is ALWAYS broken. So far, the gate this month has been broken for 3 weeks straight! Basically, there are a million other apartment complexes to choose from, so be smart and don't move here. They put their money into the Landscaping to draw you into their little trap, but once your here, you'll see how dangerous and horrible this place is. I'm breaking my lease and leaving in September. I'll be fighting tooth and nail to avoid their lease breaking penalties!! HORRIBLE PLACE!
