Island vacations and cruises/ivac travel UNHAPPY CAMPERS IN IOWA.... Altamonte Springs, Florida

We won a trip where our lodging and rental car was free, all we had to pay was taxes on the rooms and travel expenses. We were hooked up with an unknown rental car company that did not have 24 hour service, our flights were delayed due to weather, we arrived late and the rental car company by the name of Global was closed for the night. We had to wait 6 hours at the airport, sleeping on the airports floor waiting for Global office to open so we could get our rental car because we had to drive an hour to our first resort. When we returned the rental car the drop off point was in place that even the locals could not find and had not heard of, almost causing us to miss our plane.    The trip included nights at two locations, the first resort was satisfactory but the second resort had an air conditioner that leaked water on the floor, a tub that leaked water on the floor, and a funny smell in the room. Both resorts ended up requiring us to sit through boring time share presentation sales crap that was not part of the original trip. Island Vacations tricked us into one of the required time share presentations, telling me that our original resort was booked for the dates that we needed because our vacation fell into their "Peak Season" and that we would have to opt for a Time Share to find similar accommodations. Once I got there I found out that the entire resort area was quiet and slow and that the so called Peak Season did not start for a month and a half. What a bunch of CRAP. Are you kidding me !!!  The second resort advertised free wi-fi and there signal was so weak we had to go by a nearby hotel outside in the pool area to get internet.  If you want to create new business and new customers I would advise you to set up your lodging and transportation with more reputable companies instead of these fly by night companies that can not provide quality goods and services.
