Island Yellow Pages, Dolphin Bay Advertising Inc, Stone Thomas & Goldberg Island Yellow Pages scam Internet

Our company, Nagico Insurances, has been contacted to pay for advertising on the Island Yellow Pages by a representative from Island Yellow Pages (a division of Dolphin Bay Advertising Inc.) claiming we had entered into an agreement for online advertising on Island Yellow Pages: www.cbt.cc

When we requested to see a copy of the advertising contract, Island Yellow Pages claimed this was done verbally and was recorded on tape. When we requested a copy of the audio tape, none could be provided.

We were called by a lady claiming to be from the legal firm that Island Yellow Pages claimed to have retained by the name of: Stone, Thomas and Goldberg. The lady was very agressive and threated legal action on several occassions. We only asked for a copy of the advertising contract which they could not provide.

Many emails were sent to us afterwards by Island Yellow Pages and the "legal firm" Stone, Thomas and Goldberg in their attempt to collect "outstanding amounts".
