ISoldIt.com Ebay, Amy VanderMolen, Owner Of Isoldit Isoldit.com Ripped me off. Hillside Illinois

I bought a sword from Isoldit, nearly one and a half months later, 20 excuses and a paypal complaint later, the sword shows up. Now the owner of this slick business says that the box was returned for "incorrect address", no record found with the post office. Typical bull. This woman is as slick as they come. SHe lies out both sides of her face.

Anyways, I file the complaint, she sends ANOTHER sword to me, not the one I bought. So Paypal, those morons see that I received the package and side in her favor. Only i open the package and the handle is snapped off the sword. She tells me that the package was mangled when it got returned by the post office and that she sent it right back out to me, only I believe that she sent a broken sword to me, not the original one I bought. THey are two entirely different ones. I advised her that the sword was broken and possibly not even the same swrd, she told me that she will file a postal insurance claim and live with it, too bad.

Now, Im out $200.00 for the sword AND the sword and this woman has the nerve to laugh at me because she FILED A CLAIM FOR DAMAGE at the local post office and is collecting the insurance money, so she tells me! She said, dont worry, I will mail you the check, yeah, just like she mailed me the sword. This isnt the first time i've had bad experiences with ISoldIt BUT it WILL be the last. If you look at her feedback, you can see she is less than honest. What a fantastic scam she has going on. I wish i could have everyone call her, fill her email with complaints. You know paypal dont pay a bit of attention to fraud complaints, and neither does Ebay. Just remember the name and STAY AWAY. Please learn from my mistake.
