iSolditonebay #275 Refused to pay me for items taken Spokane Valley Washington

Took items to their shop back in December. First item promptly sold at a considerably underpriced value for quick sale. Was promised payment within "a couple weeks." Second item required being relisted to sell. No check. After 2 months, I went in person to ask why I had not been paid. I was given a silly line about more time needed to ensure the buyer didn't wish to return the item. The antique item they bought under the "as is" disclaimer, and had already left positive Ebay feedback for, confirming their happy buyer status. Phone calls left were unreturned. E-mails unanswered. Finally in March, I gave one more chance for this franchise to pay me before I reported the items as stolen and initiated charges against them. This got their attention, at last, with funny claims of having "sent that check out already, last Friday." I have a fresh face but I wasn't born yesterday. Well, I finally did get paid - 50% of the selling price of my items, after 4 months of waiting. To heck with "buyer beware." This is a case of "seller beware."
