Issa PR run by Viet N'Guyen is branded as luxury boutique, brand strategy and public relations agency but is anything else. This one-man-shop con job is simply a front for Viet to sucker in naive clients with her sweet talk and buzz words.

Our company was talked into siging up for 2 months by Viet to try her service out. Once she got the retainer the red flags started. Viet created a simple PR page which was sloppy, extremely unprofessional and when we contacted Viet about it she didn't seem to care and said "We are working on it." The communication is great until this page is "complete" but then she and any of her "staff" (which we never saw) are impossible to get ahold of. Viet would send emails "We will call you today" or "We will call you on Monday" but the calls never come. Also she stated "We don't work on weekends." Any PR company worth their weight in gold function and are available 24 hours a day for emergency PR situations for companies and celebrities.

We paid Viet a lot of money and got ZERO placements, ZERO results only a unprofessional "PR Page" and a spam message emailed to a bunch of addresses she claim are firms. No "Monthly Analytic reports" were ever generated and if she had they would show nothing. I finally sent the company an email and stated I wanted to stop the service and was unhappy. In an email Viet said they said would provide a refund and it would be in the first week of the next month. The time came and nothing, then she stated it was issued and can take 10 business days, waited again and nothing. Viet and her "company" of course became unresponsive. My guess is she was trying to buy time to push us past the time in which we could dispute the charge and service.
