Issuance Office Proceeding director Robert Richards Sent a letter leading me to believe that I was going to be rewarded over a million dollars Westbury, New York

 I received a letter in the mail today stating that quote unquote  The prize payment data records reads that I am the known holder of an identification number that assure I am a winner of the amount of $1,400,000.00.. It also states that quote unquote that this is real and actual based on results from my recent participation in a National Promotion in which my subsequent identification is now announced.

I never participated in any promotion of any kind. The kicker is that they are leading me to believe that I have won a large sum of money, yet they need $19.99 to process the award payment. This is a total scam and I am certain that for such a small amount of just $19.99 people would actually send them the money. I would never send a check or cash..which they request..but they also offer the option of a money order to be made out to D.R.D main Office - Payments Director.

Whoever these people are could be potentially making millions of dollars preying on innocent victims, many which would actually be gullible enough to send them money in hopes of winning over a million dollars. Im sorry, but if someone has over a million dollars they can award me, they most certaintly do not need $19.99 of my money to pay me. To sI ue these people would be the proper thing to do for those that have actually sent the money to this company or person..scammer. I believe that at the very least they should refund any monies received from those they have ripped off.
