iSubmit.COM - Dialup Inc. isubmit no refund, charged credit car after cancellation request requested cancel did not honor will not cancel Internet

I signed up to Isubmits 30 day trail . They offer a search engine submission service that I wanted to try.

I forgot to notify them in time for the 30 day trial period , but as soon as i saw the charge on my credit card statement, I called the number.  It isn't available from my calling area.  So I went to their site, logged in , and sent a submission by web form to their company requesting to cancel my subscription effective imidiatly. 

I got a reply trying to get me to continue with them.

My request was not honored and the next month the same charge was posted to my credit card.   I am unable to log into my transactio nhistory on the account page, it is like the locked me out.

I have disputed this with my credit card company. I probably could have manually submitted my website to all those search engines with the time it has took to contact the necessary parties, adn try to get a refund of the charges.
