it solutions vancover wa 360-450-0150 took 250 dollars to fix my computer and promised to refund 240 already paid. no contact for several days then they said they would return my call in 15 minutes at least 12 times. they never returned my calls. they bsaid they could only refund 500 so if i would send 260 more they would refund 500. i have asked several times for my money back and was told they would return my call, never happened. vancouver Washington

 i was called and told they fixed my computer a while ago and they were getting notification my computer was having problems. they said they would refund my 240 dollars and fix my computer for 250 dollars . i got a green dot money card and sent them 250. a few minutes later they said they were closing on July 3 and 4th was holiday sat and sunday off and they would call me monday and continue fixing my 2 computers. they never called and i finally was able to get in touch with them, they said they would have some one return my call in a few minutes and fix my computer, thet never called this happened for eighjt days several times a day. When i asked about the refund that i was supposed to have they said they could only refund 500 or more and they asked me to send 260 more so they could refund me the 500. I asked several times for my money back and am just told some one will call me in less th no callsan 10 minutes. I have been told this many many times ,

I do not believe they are ever going to refund my money or fix my computer. I think they are just a rip off.
