It Works Marketing It Works Body Wraps Scam - Beware of doing business with this company! grand rapids, Michigan

I bought some of these wraps and found that they did not work for me.  So, I decided to sell them off on Ebay knowig that they do work for some people.  I could not end my loyal customer membership without it costing me a ton of money, so the only way I can make my money back is by selling them.

Well, I have been sent threatening message after threatening message from It Works.  On Ebay they call themselves - Itworkscompliance.  They tell you it is against their "policy" to sell their products on Ebay.  Well, I never signed a contract with this company.  So I am not obligated to adhere to any such policy!  I let them know this, and have still been continuously harassed and bullied by this company.  They will try to intimidate you.  They will fraudulently report you to Ebay for supposedly using their pictures.  Even if you tell them you have used your own pictures and can prove it, they will not leave you alone.  You see, they know you are not violating anything.  But, they will do anything to stop people from selling their product on Ebay including fraudulent reports to Ebays VERO program.  I spoke to Ebay, and was told I could continue to sell the product as long as I could prove the pictures were mine.  I also reported It Works (Itworkscompliance) to Ebay for abusing the VERO program.  I am still receiving harassing messages from them.  I even received them when I didn't even have any It Works! products listed! 

They want people to sign up for the Loyal Customer program, so they can get your credit card information, and Auto-Bill you every month.  If you can go on Ebay and buy these products, then the company can't trick you into becoming "Loyal Customers".  Then they can't get their hands on your credit card information, and bill you whether you want the product or not.

I don't know who this company thinks they are.  What on Earth makes them think they have the right to tell people what they can and can't do?  They can NOT stop you from selling products on Ebay.  As long as you are not a distributor or signed any contract with this company, they can't do a thing.  Well, except harass you continuously.  They will definitely do that.

I urge you all to look up "First Sale Doctrine".  Put simply it states - Once you have purchased a product, it is yours.  It is now your property.  You can do with it what you want.  If you want to sell it, you have that right.  It is yours!  It Works no longer has any say so in what can or can't be done with that product once they have accepted payment for it.   It no longer belongs to them.  It belongs to you!  You can google the information and see for yourself.

Do not let this company intimidate you!  They are counting on that.  They are counting on people being intimidated into not selling their wraps.  They know they can't do anything legally.  But they hope you don't know that and that you  get scared and do as they say.  It's sickening a company has to resort to bullying their own Customers!  Or, bullying anyone for that matter.  Again, I ask, WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE?
