Italia Pavers, Alexander DaSilva alex patio not sloped right to much pitch uneven bayport, New York

I had italia pavers do my patio at my house and i noticed a major slope on one side. So i called alex to come and look at the patio he says that is the correct slope.The problem is the patio  is high in the middle and it slopes down on the sides.This is incorrect the whole patio should have the same slope or pitch away from the house. By the way the patio cost me 9800.00 . So alex says the slope is correct.Well i had two other companies come by to see the patio and they both said it is incorrect. Alex stopped taking my calls he did not fix my patio i also think it might be sinking.So buyer beware i would never use this company again and i said never. So alex my next step is to report you to the better buisness burea. I talked to my lawyer if it wasnt gonna be such a long process i would have taken you to court already. Alex i gave you plenty of time to call me back.
