Italist luxury brand online market Italist selling brand bags which is not authentic and seems refuse to refund it italy Internet

I did bought a yellow LOEWE flamenco knot bag from italist, n the leather is nit same as the red one I got in Loewe shop, which I believe they may be selling fake copy online. So I send it back via DHL n italist suggest me to pay the import taxes in advance, however, there is only corporate account customer can pay the taxes in advance, so I told Italist n they promoised me they will pay the tax first n deduct in the refund of my bag.  The shipping costs around 100 euro already n its okay since I know there will be risk to shop online, esp they offer almost half price of the brand bags. The craziest thing is they refused to receive the courier ytd, n they inform me I hv to pay the tax first. I got all email record n it totally doesnt make sense they r not going to receive it when the tax can be deducted in the refund, the only reason I can tk is this site iis just a Scam, n they just dun want to refund to customer.

Firstly, Please be aware that their brand products may not be authentic, at least the one I got is not the same thing u get in original shop. Secondly, their customer services is very very TERRIBLE, every question you hv to send triple times to get one reply. Thirdly, it seems they are not willing to refund.

I cant see any point their way of dealing wif customer if they are selling authentic products.
