Italist-luxury online store This website sold me what I believe to be not authentic designer shoes. The shoes were completely sized incorrectly. I have several by the designer that all fit the same and these were over a size too small. I was told I could return them but the return shipping fee was $160. I assumed the return shipping fee would be roughly what I paid for the initial shipping which was close to $25. DHL told me the company could work with me, allow me to pay them to use their shipping account but they would not. The insole of this shoe is different from all other chie Miharas as well. If this are indeed authentic then at the very least Italist is guilty of terrible customer service. Italy Internet

This store may be selling not authentic products. I bought a pair of chie Mihara shoes. I own 8 pairs and the insole and sizing are very uniform. These shoes were over a size too small and had a different insole. I reported this to the store and they told me I could return them however shipping cost were $160 (I got quotes from 2 carriers) I assumed the return shipping would be roughly what I paid for the initial sale, roughly $25. Italist would not work with me at all. Again, if they are selling authentic shoes which I doubt, they have TERRIBLE customer service. I sent them pictures of the shoes next to other chie Mihara shoes of supposedly the same size to show the discrepancy and they still would not budge.

I just compare the bag they sent me n the leather quite different, i understand there is a big risk when they sell it in a lower price but it doesnt mean that I would like to receive a fake copy product. Going to send it back tmr, n a bit worried abt the refund. I do not recommend ppl do shopping on this site. So hv u received the refund yet?
