I order a pair of red Dr. Dre earbuds as a Christmas gift to my son. I placed the order on November 16, 2015 to ensure plenty of delivery time. After a while I contacted the customer support email. It took them 2 days to respond. They told me on 4 differnet occasions that my order had been shipped and provided a tracking number. Today is December 30th still no product. These people are horrible scams and took a little joy out of a childs Christmas.
